Get in touch.
We read everything — bug reports, model corrections, regional feedback, and the occasional "you saved my backyard barbecue."
For most purposes, email is fastest: [email protected].
We aim to respond within two business days. During peak mosquito season (May through September) response times may stretch a day or two — we're outside dealing with the same problem.
What to include
- Bug report or data issue: your approximate location (city and state is fine), the date, what the site showed, and what you expected.
- Model feedback: if the activity reading seems consistently off for your region, include a few data points — dates when the site was wrong and your observation of actual conditions. That's the most useful kind of feedback.
- Content correction: a link to the specific page and a clear note on what's wrong or missing.
- Guide suggestion: what question you keep Googling and never finding a satisfying answer to.
- Advertising / sponsorship inquiry: your company, the product category, and your target audience.
